Shipping
Books are shipped using IngramSpark, which has warehouses in Australia, the US and the UK. They are generally printed within a few days to a week and shipping is done with a standard courier. Refer to the closest warehouse location’s national postage organisation’s expected shipping times for an estimate.
Refunds and Returns
Due to Laura living in Australia and the cost of return postage, returns are not accepted.
Refunds are only accepted in cases of significant fault on a case-by-case basis. Not enjoying the book is not an acceptable reason for refund.
Ebooks, as they are digital products, are not eligible for return or refund. If your file is somehow corrupt or you would prefer a different file format, use the contact form below and you should receive a response within 5 business days.
Please note that on other websites (such as Amazon), accept refunds for digital products. In that instance, the full cost of the ebook is taken from the author’s account. Amazon only gives the author 35% of the ebook’s price when one is sold, so for a $4.99 ebook, the author receives $1.74. In the event that a refund is requested, the author would be down $3.25, and it’s possible that they can end up owing Amazon money. If you don’t wish to pay for ebooks, please request the book through your library instead.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
